Exam Requirements

To be eligible for the MRCOG Part 1 exam, candidates must have  a recognized medical degree and a minimum of 12 months of postgraduate medical experience. This requirement ensures that candidates have gained foundational clinical experience before taking the exam. First-time applicants are required to complete and submit an eligibility application form.
