Users must comply with the trademarks, copyrights and licenses on the website. Users must agree to the use of website for personal reasons alone and not for duplication of content, layout or design. Data mining, spamming and any other illegal activities is not encouraged to the website.

Texila American University incorporated under the laws of Hongkong. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong kong. We are not in a position to guarantee compliance with specific local requirements or specifications under the local jurisdictions of customers.

Payment Terms

We offer programs in Regular mode (Full-time) or Part-time mode. Our course fees are denominated in US dollars with local currencies equivalent for reference. All fees placed are transacted in US dollars. You agree to pay fees, and we will automatically charge, all account(s) fees, including any usage that exceeds the Thresholds at the rates posted, and including any applicable taxes, at the rates in effect when the fees are incurred. We may change the fees then in effect, or add new fees without prior information. Financial information in terms of your payment details is not stored on the website.

Trademark and Copyright

All content on our site, including design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software and audio clips; any improvements or modifications to such content; any derivative works thereof; the collection, arrangement and assembly of all content appearing on www.tauedu.org are the exclusive property of Texila American University and are protected by international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The content of the website (including, but not limited to all text and artwork) is protected by Copyright that is owned by the Texila American University or is otherwise licensed from a third party for use by the University.

Program Delivery and Fees

Fees once paid cannot be Refund or Returned. www.tauedu.org will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Courses and Fee Payment Terms

Application Fees

Students who apply for any of the programs offered by TAU will be subjected to pay the Application Fee of 49 USD. Further, the scanned copy of the documents and transcripts that are sent to the University will be evaluated only after the application fee is received. Please note that the application fee paid is non-refundable.

Seat Deposit & Admission Processing Fee

Seat deposit & Admission Processing Fee, once paid, is non-refundable but can be carried forward to the next intake if students’ enrolment is deferred to the next intake. There are chances that tuition fee would change in the next intake unless specifically given in writing by TAU.

Tuition Fee

Tuition Fees must be paid to the University as mentioned in the Statement of Fees (SOF). The payments made to us are not transferrable between you and anyone else. We are not liable for any payment (made by you) that does not reach our correct account due to the incorrect entry from your end regarding the University details or paid through any third-parties that are not recognized by the University. The fees should be paid to the bank details given in the authorised Invoice issued by the Texila American University. We are not responsible if your bank, credit card or debit card supplier declines or refuses the payment.

Examination, Graduation and Other Ancillary Fee

All ancillary fees like Exam fee, Exam retake fee & Graduation fee will be extra and as determined by the university from time to time.

Non-refund clause

As mentioned above, the Application Fee, Seat Deposit and the Admission Processing Fee, paid by the students is non-refundable. The Applicants shall follow the payment instructions given by the University.

Anti-spam policy

Texila American University is committed to being a trusted member of the Internet community. As such, we have adopted a firm anti-spam stance. To help recipients be free from spam, and to maximize the availability of our Service(s) to our community of Users, we have taken a “zero tolerance” stand against spam. You acknowledge, warrant and agree that:

You will not engage in any spamming activities in your use of the Service(s).
Your use of the Website and Service(s) will not violate any spamming, junk mail or other related laws or regulations prohibiting or discouraging unsolicited mail.
We will terminate the account(s) of any User determined to have used the Service(s) in connection with any spam email/SMS/call or otherwise breached these Terms of Use.

Calls

All the Calls from and To Texila American University will be recorded for quality purposes.

Course Delivery

All our online courses are delivered through Learning Management System, A virtual classroom and the online community of Texila American University faculty, staff, learners, alumni, and applicants. We deliver courses on semester basis as mentioned in particular courses.

Apply Online

Students should fill the Login details and complete the email verifications and complete the online application form with the interested program so that the respective Enrollment Advisor would call you for further procedures.

Modification of Terms

These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms of Use and the course terms before joining.
